First, make sure that your system works with the add-in:
- Supported: Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 (both 32bit and 64bit)
- Not supported: Mac, Office-Online / Cloud

Download the file AgendaHelper.ppam to your computer

Copy AgendaHelper.ppam with a right-click on the mouse (optional: copy both ppam-file and the unzipped folder _helper_layouts)
Now all steps in PowerPoint:
- Go to <File><Options> -> a menu appears
- Go to <Add-ins><PowerPoint Add-in> -> a menu appears
- Next to the Manage: label, select PowerPoint Add-ins then select Go…
- Click <Add new> -> the add-in folder opens

Paste the ppam-file here -> <Okay>
- Tick the checkbox and <Okay>
- If prompted, click Enable macros
- Click Close
You will now see a new “Planning Helpers” menu item in your PowerPoint ribbon menu indicating a successful install.
